Description

Directions Soak the anti-snoring device in water of 70-80°C for 30 seconds to soften. Put the softened device into the mouth and bite it for 30-60 seconds. Soak the device in cold water for about 1 minute to cool. If not suitable after shaping, repeat the operation up to 3 times. Clean the device after each use and store it in the provided box when not in use.
